KICKSTART: Grounded in the Lord

by Dominic Chan, Yale-NUS

Coming into Kickstart, I wasn’t sure if I really needed the retreat experience and it was with this mindset that I entered. Looking back however, the 2 days of sharing and companionship was an amazing time and a great time to reflect on entering university as a Catholic.

Any hesitation I came in with was vindicated as I began to journey with my new friends and has carried me through my first year of university life. As tumultuous and hectic school life can be, Kickstart helped to ground my relationship with God in the face of all this uncertainty!
