Dear Friends,

We hope that you are keeping well.

We continue to thank the Lord for His mercies and protection as we navigate a different normal. This issue we share testimonies of the goodness that we have experienced as we navigate conducting our programs online and share with you about holding onto our trust in the Lord as He leads us through new waters.

Know that we keep you in our prayers as we walk together with the Lord in this season of unfamiliarity. In these times where we are called to grow and walk in faith, let us focus not on where we walk, but the ONE who walks with us through it all!

We invite you to listen as you read on.

ORDINARY TIME GROWTH SERIES

“We recognise that even though we are called to go somewhere with the Lord, that what is more important, is WHO we are on the journey with. When we see that the Lord is our constant through the storms and waves of life, we can move in our uncertainty and learn to accept that this is a large part of our life here on Earth!”

- Joelle Tan

As we navigate the longest stretch of Ordinary Time in our liturgical calendar, we remain mindful that it is no less of a significant time for our spiritual life. To accompany and encourage you in this season, we share with you our Ordinary Time Growth Series which covers the different aspects of spiritual growth and staying the course on this journey. We pray that this series will serve as encouragement as we journey towards Advent! Keep your eyes peeled for more from this series!

TESTIMONY & THANKSGIVING

ANEW Holiday Sessions

“I thank God for reminding me that it is okay to be feeling down at times and that He is always present around me. Despite not having Mass or the Eucharist, there is still a community of brothers & sisters in Christ who have the same purpose in wanting to grow closer to God during these times and I thank Him for introducing them to me. I also thank Him for giving me more understanding on how to discern and hear His voice, especially since we live in a rather ‘noisy’ world.” - Gerald Lew

CAYA: MARCHING WITH CHRIST

"The Lord has also realigned my sights for NS. Where previously I felt that physical exercise was my main motivation, the Lord now calls to me focus on Him because He will never fail me. Only in Jesus will I find true joy and satisfaction ... So, will you join me in surrendering NS to the Lord and bring Him to everyone you meet there?" - Lyon Olsen, 21

More than 300 young people gathered together for Sundays on the Mount to break the Word of God together over the last 3 sessions! We reflected on what/who we were living for, what makes us unfree, and the movement towards living as beloved children of God.

"I am thankful to God for the reigniting of our faith through the Holy Spirit especially in this trying time, for the revelation of our bondage in our sharing group and the strength to step out of our comfort." - Aloisius Stephen, 26

Join us for the final session this coming Sunday!

SEEDS OF GROWTH

Join us for our Seeds of Growth 2020 sessions as we learn how to grow in faith and walk with God through this season.

With the current COVID-19 situation, some of us may find it difficult to remain close to Jesus. Yet, the Lord still invites us into a time of growth and deepening of our relationship with him during this period!

As described in this year's theme "A life in Christ, Alive in Christ", through the sessions, we will learn how we can live out our lives as disciples amidst the hustle & bustle and secularity of school life, especially in this season.

Sign up to receive what the Lord desires to give you and invite your friends as well!
