Advent 2023: Is There Room in Your Heart?

‘Therefore the Lord will give you a sign. Look, the young woman is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.’ — Isaiah 7:14

This Sunday marks the start of the Advent season! A season centred around the preparation of our hearts — in remembrance of Christ’s first coming, and for His second coming. We are also called to a daily preparation, in each and every moment of our lives. For Christ continually knocks at the doors of our hearts, longing to enter into our mangers.

Preparation can take many forms, and this advent project seeks to accompany you in that process! Through weekly reflections and invitations/challenges, we hope that this resource will help to ‘declutter’ our hearts, and make room for the mystery of Christ’s arrival.
